• I am an in-network provider with Aetna insurance and otherwise an out-of-network provider. I will give you a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance company to receive reimbursement for part of the fee, depending on your insurance plan. I offer a limited sliding scale to those who qualify.

• Initial phone consultation: Complimentary

• Individual Therapy: $350 per 45 minute session

• Couples Therapy: $400 per 60 minute session

• Group Therapy: $75 per 60 minute session

Upon your request, my billing administrator can look this up for you. If you choose to investigate yourself, use the phone number on the back of your insurance card to contact your insurance company to ask them about your behavioral/mental health benefits for “Outpatient Mental Health Office Visits.” (CPT codes: 90834 for individual therapy, or 90853 for group therapy).

The Federal No Surprises Act went into effect on January 1, 2022 to protect patients from surprise medical bills. As a result, all licensed health providers who offer out of network services are required to post a notice of your “rights and protections against surprise medical bills” on our websites or in our physical offices.
